evokeAG. Future Young Leaders Program Application
About
As part of our commitment to celebrate diversity of thought and ongoing support for agriculture’s emerging leaders, evokeAG. is excited to launch the Future Young Leaders Program, which will be held in Melbourne, 18-19 February 2020.
The Future Young Leaders Program will identify eight emerging thought-leaders within agriculture to attend evokeAG. and present their key passion and research relating to one of the event themes - Food, Farm, Future - to an international audience.
The opportunity to present and highlight their passion and ideas to a room full of producers, investors, private enterprise, government and entrepreneurs is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and will be highly sought-after.
Winners will receive return economy airfares, accommodation, airport transfers, a delegate pass to evokeAG. as well as a five-minute presentation opportunity across one of the multiple stages at the event.
To be considered, applicants must upload a short video addressing “Why should you be selected as a voice of the future at evokeAG.?”
Eligibility Criteria
Judging Process
The Future Young Leaders selection panel will review all written applications and video submissions and will select the first seven places.
The final place will be awarded as ‘People’s Choice’. A shortlist of up to four applicant videos will be shared on the evokeAG. social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin) to showcase the ‘People’s Choice’ applicants. The public will then be able to vote for best video that relates to the evokeAG. themes – Food, Farm or Future via an online poll on the evokeAG. website.
All videos created with copyrighted music must have a license for that piece of music or submissions will not be considered. Evidence of your license (or evidence that you are using royalty free music) must be provided with your submission.
Applicants must complete all application tasks, as well as agree to all the program Terms and Conditions before submitting an application.
Review Process & Timeline
Successful applicants will be advised by phone on the dates outlined below and must return a signed agreement seven days after receiving the document. Prize includes travel, airport transfers, accommodation and a full delegate ticket for evokeAG. Travel would be economy airfares (as booked by evokeAG. Event Management team) from the successful applicant’s nearest major airport, as determined by evokeAG.

You need to allow enough time for each file to upload before trying to attach another file. Files can be up to 25MB each; however, we do recommend trying to keep files to a maximum of 5MB – the larger the file, the longer the upload time.
